Your onboarding, step by step
PHASE 1 · STEPS 1 TO 3
What happens
You tell us about your business through the enquiry form. We confirm we have it, and share the ShopSe Product Deck so you can see what we offer. Next, we send a short Business Assessment Questionnaire so we can understand your business before we speak.
What you need to do
Submit the enquiry form, then complete and return the questionnaire.
What ShopSe does
We acknowledge your enquiry, share the questionnaire, and review your responses once they arrive.
What you’ll receive
An enquiry confirmation with the Product Deck, the questionnaire link, and a confirmation that your responses have been received.
PHASE 2 · STEPS 4 AND 5
What happens
After reviewing your questionnaire, we send a scheduling link. You choose a time and we meet to talk through your business, your customer journey and your affordability needs. We also cover ShopSe’s products, the integration and onboarding process, the commercial structure, and the steps to going live.
What you need to do
Pick a convenient slot and join the meeting.
What ShopSe does
We prepare for the meeting using your questionnaire and walk you through how ShopSe can fit your business.
What you’ll receive
A calendar invite with the meeting details.
PHASE 3 · STEPS 6 AND 7
What happens
After the meeting, we share the commercial structure, the Product Deck and the list of onboarding documents we need. Once you send the documents, our onboarding team reviews them and starts your activation.
What you need to do
Review the commercials and share the required documents.
What ShopSe does
We review your documents and keep you updated as activation begins.
What you’ll receive
The commercials, the document checklist, and a confirmation when your documents are received.
PHASE 4 · STEPS 8 TO 10
What happens
Credit Card EMI is the first part of ShopSe to go live for your business. We then send an invoice for the one-time setup and onboarding charges. Once you pay, we confirm receipt and move you to the next stage.
What you need to do
Pay the one-time setup and onboarding charges using the invoice and payment link we share.
What ShopSe does
We enable Credit Card EMI, send the invoice, and confirm your payment.
What you’ll receive
A Credit Card EMI activation notice, the invoice with payment details, and a payment confirmation with your reference ID.
PHASE 5 · STEPS 11 AND 12
What happens
We set up your ShopSe Merchant Dashboard and share your login details, along with guidance on creating and sending payment links to your customers. In parallel, we work on activating PA and NBFC options for your business. These are subject to lender approval and applicable checks.
What you need to do
Log in to your dashboard, keep your credentials private, and start sharing payment links.
What ShopSe does
We hand over your dashboard, guide you on payment links, and keep you posted on PA and NBFC activation.
What you’ll receive
Your dashboard access and, once approved, a notice that your PA and NBFC options are live.
