This document is published in accordance with Rule of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It governs the use of www.getshopse.com and ShopSe services offered by Newbazaar Technologies Pvt Ltd ("ShopSe" or "Company") including any mobile applications owned or operated by ShopSe. This electronic record complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable amendments.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") and associated policies govern your rights and obligations when accessing and using ShopSe’s online services. By availing the ShopSe Services, you accept these T&C. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

ShopSe Services
ShopSe provides payment facilitation options for purchases through its partner merchants. Payments may be made in installments subject to approval by Newbazaar Technologies or its financial partners.

Newbazaar Technologies may work with partner merchants, banks, or financial institutions to offer ShopSe Services. You authorize ShopSe to collect and process payments on behalf of such parties. Transactions are authenticated via one-time passwords (OTP) or similar secure methods. Users are responsible for securing credentials and notifying ShopSe of any unauthorized use.

KYC, Communication, and Liability
You agree to provide accurate personal information and complete KYC as required. ShopSe may send you communications electronically. ShopSe is not liable for errors, service issues with partner merchants, or unauthorized use of your credentials.

Cancellations and Refunds
If a merchant does not have a defined refund policy, these apply:

• Cancellation/refund requests must be initiated by the merchant.

• Refunds are subject to the lending partner's timeline.

• Products sold via ShopSe are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability
ShopSe is provided on an "as-is" basis. Newbazaar Technologies is not liable for technical failures, service outages, or product/service issues from partner merchants. Use of the services is at your own risk.

Privacy & Data Handling
Your personal information will be used per ShopSe’s Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate data and cooperate in KYC verification. Your data may be shared with banks, financial institutions, and credit bureaus to facilitate services.

Termination
ShopSe may terminate or suspend services without notice. You may discontinue by deleting your ShopSe account. Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.

Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

Notices
Communication with ShopSe can be made via care@getshopse.com. ShopSe will communicate with users via the registered email/mobile number.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property including trademarks and content belong to Newbazaar Technologies. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

General Terms

• ShopSe is not responsible for card issuer approvals or bank EMI policies.

• Taxes and government levies are to be paid by the cardholder.

• The relationship between ShopSe and users is non-exclusive and does not imply any agency.

• These T&C can be modified by ShopSe at any time.
