What is ShopSe?

ShopSe is an Instant EMI app, that helps your customers to buy now and pay in easy installments. There is no documentation required from the customers. ShopSe helps you to increase your sales and fight the competition by - 1) Attracting customers with "No Cost EMI" Feature 2) Letting customers discover your shop on our app 3) Driving repeat sales for you. Increase your sales by using ShopSe!

What do you mean by "No Cost EMI" ?

No Cost EMI is feature where in your customer does not have to pay any interest on the product amount. The interest amount is given in the form of upfront discount, which helps in higher sales. For example, if a product price is 15000, the customer will pay 5000 per month for a 3 month period.

How much time will the customer neeed to complete the purchase?

Customer can complete the purchase instantly through ShopSe app. There is no documentation required from the customer.

Is there any documentation required from the customer?

No. It is an instant EMI without any paperwork. The user just needs to have a Credit Card (or) Debit Card of select banks.

Will the EMI offer be available for all the customers?

The EMI facility is available on select credit cards and debit cards as per banks' policy.

What are the total charges applicable?

You will be charged a standard price as chosen by you in the app. There are no hidden charges charges for the customer.

Is the App free to use?

Yes, the App is free for download and use.

Can I change the EMI offer for every transaction?

Yes. ShopSe provides you the flexibility to set the EMI offer for every transaction by clicking "New Transaction" in the app. If the customer is doing a transaction by scanning the QR sticker in your shop, then the default offer set by you will be applicable.

Why is it asking for my KYC documents?

As per RBI regulations and to ensure the settlement amount is transferred to the correct account, we have to verify your KYC details.

How do I submit my KYC documents?

You can email the images to care@getshopse.com

I have submitted my KYC, how soon will it get activated?

Once we have received all documents, your account will be activated anywhere between 24-48 hours. If its been more than 48 Hours, kindly call at 022-49390009 or mail at care@getshopse.com

I only want to give no cost EMI optoin for 3 month, is it possible?

Yes, you can choose the maximum number of months for which you want to provide No cost EMI to your customers. For higher tenures, customers will get low cost EMIs.

Do I need to enter the price of the product everytime?

Not required. You can either ask the customer to enter the price of the product while making a purchase by scanning the QR in your shop (or) You can enter the price of the product in your app and share the link with the customer.

How will I know if the transaction was successful?

You will receive a notification in your app, SMS on your registered number and an email on your registered email ID. You can also check the status of the transaction in the app.

When will I get the money in my account?

Your settlement amount will be credited withiin T+3 days. For example if the transaction took place on 10th , then by 13th you will have the amount in your account, except Sundays and Bank holidays / National Holidays. Can I cancel a transaction?

You can cancel a transaction only if the customer has not made the purchase yet. You can go the transaction tab, select the transaction you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button.

Can I refund a transaction?

Yes. You can initiate a refund for a transaction as per the refund policy of your company. Refunds from ShopSe will be allowed only if you have a credit balance with us. If the balance is not available, you will have to pre-fund our account following which we can initiate the refund to customer. For more understanding, reach out to us on ops@getshopse.com

Can I partially refund a transaction?

No, we do not allow partial refund of transactions.

Where can I check all my past transactions?

Click on " Transactions" tab and you will see all your previous transaction history.

How much GST will I be charged?

GST will be charged at 18% on the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR)

How does the referral system work?

If you like the service we are providing, we encourage you to spread the word. With each referral, you will be granted additional benefits.
