Benefits

1. About the Plan

ShopSe Protect is a subscription-based service offered by ShopSe in partnership with OneAssist.

There are two plans available:

ShopSe Protect – Health & Wellness

ShopSe Protect – Edutech

Each plan is powered and fully serviced by OneAssist and includes a curated set of value-added benefits for ₹1,299 per year.

2. Plan Activation

The plan is activated once the customer completes the full payment of ₹1,299.

Customer details (name, email and mobile number) are securely shared with OneAssist.

The policy will be issued by OneAssist and sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number within 48–72 hours.

ShopSe only facilitates the purchase and does not send any activation or policy communication directly.

3. Policy Access & Management

Once the policy is issued, the customer will receive a welcome email/SMS from OneAssist.

The customer can access, view, and manage their plan benefits using the OneAssist mobile app.

4. Service Provider

All services, benefits, claims, cancellations, and support are handled by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

ShopSe is only the distributor and is not responsible for any service delivery, claims, or fulfilment of benefits.

5. Accessing Benefits

Customers can manage his or her policy from the One Assist App after activation.

Some services (like dark web monitoring) may require users to input personal details such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, bank account, etc.

This data sharing is completely optional and happens only after the customer logs into the OneAssist platform.

ShopSe does not collect, share, or access any of this personal data.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

For refunds or cancellations, customers must raise a request directly via the OneAssist App

Once the request is evaluated by OneAssist and approved, the refund will be processed by ShopSe.

Refunds may be partial or full based on eligibility and service usage.

The decision by OneAssist will be final and binding.

7. Validity

The ShopSe Protect plan is valid for 12 months from the date of policy issuance by OneAssist.

It is non-transferable and tied to the purchasing customer only.

8. Limitations & Modifications

All features are subject to availability and may be revised by OneAssist over time.

In exceptional scenarios (such as OneAssist discontinuation), ShopSe may migrate customers to an equivalent plan from a different service provider with advance notice.

No additional cross-sell or upsell services are offered beyond what is listed in the ShopSe Protect plan.

10. Data Privacy

Any data provided by the customer post-purchase is securely collected and processed only by OneAssist.

ShopSe does not have access to this data.
