By using the ShopSe website or mobile application, users agree to comply with these T&C and any policies referred herein. Newbazaar Technologies reserves the right to amend these T&C without prior notice, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Definitions are provided for key terms like Credit Information Companies, KYC, Payment Instrument, Personal Information, Transaction, and Transaction Amount.

Eligibility:

• User must be 18+, an Indian citizen and tax resident

• Not legally barred from using the services

• Must use the services for legitimate purposes only

Disclaimers:

• ShopSe is a digital platform, not a lender

• Financing is done by RBI-authorized institutions

• ShopSe is not liable for partner services or decisions

• Transactions and loans are subject to credit analysis and agreement terms of financial institutions

ShopSe Services:

• Facilitation of installment-based payments through partner merchants

• Use of third-party financial institutions for loan processing

• User must authenticate each transaction and agree to repayments

• Communications and transaction confirmations will be electronic

Refunds/Cancellations:

• Refunds are governed by partner merchant policies

• Refunds are processed to the original payment source

• ShopSe has no liability for partner product/services

Indemnity:
Users agree to indemnify ShopSe against any legal or third-party claims arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability:
ShopSe is not liable beyond INR 10,000 for any service failure. The services are provided "as is" and may be interrupted.

Privacy:

• Personal Information is collected and used per the Privacy Policy

• Consent is taken for promotional communication

• Information may be shared with group companies, credit agencies, or partners

Termination:

• ShopSe may suspend/terminate services at its discretion

• Terms like Indemnity and Liability will survive termination

Jurisdiction:

• These terms are governed by Indian law

• Any disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction

Intellectual Property:

• All trademarks and content belong to Newbazaar Technologies

• Users may not copy, reuse, or exploit any content without written permission

General Terms:

• These T&C can be modified anytime

• These do not constitute an agency, partnership, or employment relationship

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to force majeure events

Grievance Redressal:

• Users can raise complaints via details in the ShopSe Grievance Policy

• ShopSe may direct users to relevant financial institutions for issue resolution
