ShopSe Business Class Club Terms & Conditions

  1. Name of the Club: ShopSe Business Class Club
  2. Objective: ShopSe is setting up a club for its exclusive merchant partners across General Trade retailers and Large Retail Format stores.
  3. Registration: Retailers can participate by filling out the enrollment form on – our website https://www.getshopse.com/ or with the assistance of our sales team at their shop.
  4. Duration: The contest registration begins on 5th Oct 2023, and the last date to participate is 14th Nov, 2023
  5. Exclusive Member Announcement: After the last date of this initiative, the exclusive members of the ShopSe Business Class Club will be announced on 25th Nov, 2023.
  6. ShopSe Awards Nominations: After the club and its members are set up, ShopSe will announce the nominations for the ShopSe awards and Diamond and Gold exclusive members. This will be announced in Dec 2023
  7. Criteria to participate:
    8. Enroll: Fill out the form and confirm participation Collect Coins: Complete a series of engaging tasks and accumulate valuable coins Monthly volume with ShopSe: Merchants to continue business using the ShopSe platform

    Task 3: Visibility agreement Reach out to our sales team if you want exclusive ShopSe branding in your stores and agree to include this visibility for 1 year 10000
    Task 4: Spotlight on Showcase ShopSe visibility posting pictures of your team and shop along with ShopSe. 500 coins per post by tagging ShopSe and following our account.
    Task 5: Testimonial Showcase Share the success stories of your business with us. Create and post testimonial videos 10000 coins per video by tagging ShopSe
    Task 6: Team Involvement Contribute to our network by providing contact numbers of relevant team members. Earn 500 coins for each number you submit via Google Form or our merchant app.
    Task 7: ShopSe Business App Download the ShopSe Business app, we will give you coins even if you have been using it regularly! 1000

  8. Final Selection of Exclusive Members: Merchants will earn their membership based on both the coins collected and volume achievement.
    • Diamond Membership: Top-performing merchants with the highest ShopSe monthly volume and highest coins collected. Minimum monthly volume 15 lacs and above. Count: Not more than 50 merchant partners.
    • Gold Membership: Top-performing merchants with the highest ShopSe monthly volume and highest coins collected. Minimum monthly volume 10 lacs and above. Count: Not more than 100 merchant partners.
    • Silver Membership: Top-performing merchants with the highest ShopSe monthly volume and highest coins collected. Minimum monthly volume 5 lacs and above. Count: Not more than 200 merchant partners.
  9. Gratification: Bumper prize: The top 3 retail merchants and the top 2 LFRs get an all-expense-paid indulgent family/team meal at the best restaurant in their town.

    A. Quarterly meetings with ShopSe’s top management

    B. Presentation on ShopSe's plans

    C. Opinions of members to be considered for ShopSe’s future plans.

    Honour Badges: ShopSe will recognize its exclusive members with a badge at their store.

    ShopSe Awards: It is an annual awards initiative of ShopSe that will recognize and reward our merchant partners who participate in our ShopSe Business Class Club initiative. This is in addition to the above-mentioned initiatives.

    Feature on ShopSe Business App and Social Media Handles: This will be for top-performing merchants by way of a banner on the ShopSe Business App and on the ShopSe Facebook and Instagram handles.

  11. Category: ShopSe Business Class Club will be open to 2 categories, and members will be included from both these categories: General Trade retailers and Large Format Retail stores
  12. Definition of ShopSe Monthly Volume: Total amount of transactions on the ShopSe platform using pre-approved EMI and Digital Finance. This will not include credit card transactions.
  13. Please note: ShopSe has the sole right to include or disqualify any merchant for participation and selection of members.
